6. Returns and Exchanges

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Exchanges are available.
- Returns may be completed by mail or in store.
- A return shipping label is included in the package.
- No restocking fees apply.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
