30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
We accept returns for both:
- Defective products
- Non-defective products
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The book should be in its original condition, free from excessive wear, damage, or alterations.
- Items should be returned with any original packaging when possible.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Methods
You may return your order by:
- In-Store Return
A prepaid return shipping label is included in your package for your convenience.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items. If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us before returning your item so we can assist you with the process.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly through a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.
